I guess no body has anything to say about the new Z8. There was a great article in the Roundel about how they are manufactured, excuse me, created like a work of art. b/c in all honesty there are rolling art. rolling art with V-8 power!!!

Nice rides, love em both. I saw you are from the bay area and I was wondering where you picked the Z8 from and if they price gouged? My dad has a 01 Silver/Black that he had to wait about a year to get because almost every dealer in the bay area wanted close to $200k for it and he wasnt going to pay a dime over MSRP. He ended up getting it from Prestige Motors in Santa Rosa.

How do you like it so far? I love driving it, the throttle response is so quick and the car just takes off. Styling is sweet too.

Do you plan on doing any mods to it? Dad is considering putting a UUC SS on and maybe some Dinan software. I heard that Dinan is making a Supercharger that will be out in about 6 months for the Z8 and M5. That will be a crazy kit.

we got ours in Carmel, at My BMW. I guess it was the dealers car, and he didn't want it any more. we didn't wait a year or anything. my parents went into trade in the boxter s for something, and there it was. i think we paid a little under 160k. it is a bad ass car. i love it. ours only has about 500 mile on it so far.

i see you went to Boulder. i went there. i loved it. i use to live on Arapahoe right next to the cornacopia market. i really want to go back to live there. i love to ski so it was paradise. how much longer do you have?

Speaking of Z8's I FINALLY saw one on the street. I haven't seen any on the street... in fact I don't even think I've seen one in a showroom. Anywhere, there she was at lunchtime, driving the other way. Sweet rides, SC///M3. :)
