I see what you mean though....we've even dropped into 3rd again.

I use to go to utah every december and ski alta, snowbird, park city, etc but I haven't been in 2 years, I got myself a new pair of skis (minus bindings and boots) and I still haven't gotten them hooked up :( I really need to go skiiing I'm afraid I've forgotten

Bremsen

Once you ski out west nothing compares. I grew up in N. Cali so I've been to just about every place in Tahoe. I hate east coast skiing and would rather take summer vacations, so I haven't been in since '95. I do miss it sometimes though.

On, the plus if you can ski on southeastern ice slopes, powder seems like cheating.

BKarktic328i
12-15-2003, 11:04 PM
True, true........ I grew up in Ohio where a good ski season meant that it was cold enough to "make" a bunch of snow! Steamboat got dumped on last week while we were there......

We are headed to Banff in the Alberta Province in 3 weeks to hit it again............... The Colorado Rockies are a great...can't wait to see the Canadian Rockies.........but damn its far....flying into Calgary takes all day.....

The short skis, or "twin tips" make skiing the terrain parks and half pipe MUCH easier.........definitely the way to go for more extreme adventure skiiing......

The East ain't so bad (Sugar, Beech, etc) except once you've been out west, you'll always know what your missing.

Why do I live in Atlanta again?

If 'skiing = man-love', then you must also include 'driving a purple car = shameless effeminacy' as a corollary or proof to that equation.

Plus, what Danny said.

Ron17
12-16-2003, 01:02 PM
Yeah, purple is a man-love color. Additionally, LSU's color is purple. Furthermore, you are an LSU fan.

Thus, by the transitive property of man-love, we can only conclude that you "putt from the rough."

Ron17

A pink M3? That would only confirm what we have been thinking all along...

You missed this point for the same reason we all do. We think the nice guy routine might someday work. Only after desperation sets in do we actually change attack methods and use what works.

That and post-whoring a little more.

I was going to put up some nasty equation involving matrices or integrals but I'm too lazy to think one up. Oh well, I'm still up 2-1 on ownage in this thread.

f(x) = 3x^2 - 2x + 5

df/dx = Carter's gheyness = 6x - 2 = 10 (on a scale of 1 - 10)

6x - 2 = 10

6x = 12

x = 2

So, we can conclude that Carter's gheyness is accelerating at a rate of two Liberraccis per second.

"Half-eaten bag of Sour Patch Kids, one brown sock and three Barry Manilow records..."

Math-be-damned, this is all that needs to be said. I thought i might have detected sarcasm, but only for a second.

I'll even mathematicize it for you:

Prove: ron = ghey beyond rebuttal

1. ron drives purple car (corollary: it may be an M3 but it's still purple)
2. ron admits to owning not one but three Barry Manilow records
3. by the venerable side-angle-side geometric theorem, we must conclude that the third side of this PINK triangle is INFINITELY GHEY.
