So now that schools almost over for christmas and I'm gonna have some time to do nothing I figure its time to fix up the car a bit. I have some really bad keyings on almost every body panel on my car. I'm gonna try to sell the ride pretty soon and I know if I can get those keyings to disappear then the value of my car would prbly go up like a grand.
Have any of you done this type of work and is there like a kit that I can order that will have basically everything I need. I found a couple online but I don't know how reliable they are. Any help is appreciate, thanks guys.

Depending on how deep the scratches are, you will might get lucky and be able to polish them out, or use compound (carefully) to remove them. Otherwise, a body shop and paint job might be required...

If you can feel them with your fingernail, then you won't be able to remove them with a polish. You'll need to fill them in with touchup paint and then wetsand the blob down. Very risky procedure!! I wouldn't recommend it, but I'm telling you since you asked.
As Dave said, you may have to go to a bodyshop. The price they charge may be more than the potential increase in value. Something to consider...
Yah, been to the body shop, got an estimate...something around at least a grand...I was hoping there was something I could DIY
keying is every car owner's worse nightmare. Don't know when it's gonna happen and the odds are against us.
I guess there is no standard fix because it all depends on the depth of damage:bawl

If you take it to a good detailer, most times they can help remove it, or atleast make it a lot less visible.

Most detailers will perform the procedure I described above (wetsanding). If you do entrust someone else to do this procedure make sure they are good and know what the h@ll they are doing. Because if they screw up then you will have no choice but to spend 1 grand at the bodyshop.

I assume your car is silver form your sig picture. Mettallics are notoriously difficult to get good touch up results on, but if you can't spend on the respray, maybe touchup is a viable alternative for you.
Touch up and wet sanding is one way to go, but as David said, it takes a lot of skill and a good eye to do. The other thing you might try is a product called langka. www.langka.com
I use it, not for everything, but its a good stuff. Its no miracle product, but can give some great results on certain colors. Member Beastmaster had a key mark on his aubergine 540 that I was able to make almost completely disappear. I have had less luck with my Cosmos, Diamond black bimmers and mettallic gray Audi. For $20 plus the cost of touchup paint though, it might be worth a try.
