to make the long story short....

I bought a tranny swap kit for my 98m3 ealier this year. tried to get a better group buy price with one of my friend in the US and for my friend's shop in Taiwan but failed. Later when my car was almost done.. my mechanic found out they sent me a wrong driveshaft. He called and asked for the right driveshaft...the person who sold that kit to me said to him "yah i did that on purpose..cuz i think he(which is me) bullshit to me for tryin to get a better deal" so my car just hangin there for few weeks

wtf!!!? i was so pissed off that time....words couldnt describe how i felt......unbelievable....

then my mechanic asked if 98 and above M3 all have four bolt flange on the differential end..he wouldnt answer us for such simple question. that would helped us out alot durin that time.

the condition of their used parts werent worth the money and that saleperson was an assshole. they have no business ethic nor moral in my opinion...period

I have Never had any experience with Zion ....but I dont think you'd lie about it....hope that this can be resolved in a peaceful way...good luck.

sorry man..i did a couple of transaction with Zion and I had no problems.. I bought new and used parts and they were all in great condition.

perhaps...u guys think all of the people work there in zionsville are nice people.... maybe i just talked to the wrong guy there or somethin..anywaz

i've had a problem with them. at one time, a few years ago, they tried to stock supersprint exhausts. they held my money for a good three to four months. each time i asked about my order, they gave me the run around and said it'd be here in a week or two with their next shipment. of course, they never got any supersprint shipments at all. one of the guys there finally decided to tell the truth and told me they have no idea when the expect to get them, if even at all. so i asked them to cancel my order and refund my credit card. i wish these shops could just tell the truth. rather, i had to waste my time with this bs and have this charge on my cc.

anyway, i've also ordered a oil cap from them with no problems.
