I just have to express my love and admiration for this dealership. If you are in OC and are looking to buy a new car, or just service a car under warrantee and you are split between Crevier and Irvine, go Irvine, they will treat you a lot better (family has bought 1 cars at Crevier, 3 at Irvine)
I have never had an issue with Irvine that hasn't been resolved quickly and professionally; I can't say the same for Crevier. Just recently I had an oil service done on my car. When I got home I noticed that there were three deep scratches on my hood. Since it was Sunday, I left a message for my rep, and prepared to go to war since I had no proof that they did it. Instead, I got a call back where my rep apologized, said that he wasn't going to argue with me over who caused the scratches, and to bring the car in for a fix.
I brought my car in and had a chance to talk to the detailer about what he was going to try. Right now my hood is being color sanded, and I was told that the hood would be repainted if they couldn't be sanded out, which was what I was going to push for in the first place. Touch up paint wasn’t even brought up.
So if you are looking to buy a car, or just want to keep an under warrantee car kept up, don’t even give Creiver a look. Go to Irvine first.

fruck irvine bmw in the azzhole! lazy criminals- my friend is an ex-salesmen from their now working at another local bmw dealership. Ive been there and been shafted by the salesmen, also lookup on roadfly the story about the m3 how he tried to have a rough idle fixed and got told he might need a new cyl head- cause he over revved his car, bs. I have never heard one good thing about them from anyone

Well hear this: over the past 15 years that my mom, my dad and myself have been there, we've never had one negative experience. Crevier has switched cars on us, switched payment plans on us, even flat out lied to us and told us our trade in was salvaged. Irvine has taken care of us every which way. I'm sure every dealership has their rotten apples, you just have to find your guy. Luckly, we found a great sales guy at Irvine BMW who has gone far enough to become a family friend. And have never once switched service reps in the 15 years we've had cars serviced there. They have always fixed things quickly and dealt with things professionally.
PS: may want to censor your post before Dave does so for you.

I have not had good expierence with the parts department. I would suggest going elsewhere if you had a choice. No expierence w the Service or Sales.

Just because you had a good experience doesn't mean anyone else did, as evidenced by 2/3rds of people on this thread who had experience with them having a bad time.
The best solution is never to go to the dealer.

I hate the parts department too; I swear they can’t negotiate to save their lives. I don’t even deal with them anymore. That's my only complaint for the dealership, but I’ve heard similar complains from other people for other dealerships. Lets face it: all dealership parts departments are over priced.
Stjobs; I go to the dealership because I have warrantee, and because its walking distance from my work place, so it’s the most practical place to go. Also, I know that people buying used bimmers look at service records, records from dealership are more impressive than records from some random shop. When my warrantee runs out, I’ll look elsewhere, but for now it’s working out fine.
Not everyone can agree on one place either, I’m just offering my suggestion, based on my experience. I have no experience with Shelby or Sterling, but out of the other two dealerships in OC, I’ve had a much easier and enjoyable time with Irvine than with Crevier. I’d never send anyone to Crevier, but I’ve already recommended a few people to the guy who sold me my car, and my dad his.
Irvine also gives a greater discount for BMWCCA members than Criever: 20% to a measly 10%.
SilverBeam is right, unfortunately sometimes you have to go to the dealer. SilverBeam is just sharing a positive experience with a BMW dealer (they are rare we should embrace them). 99bmw740il you can no longer make the statement "I have never heard one good thing about them from anyone" because now you have. SilverBeam I assume you mean Shelly and I will steal the line from 99bmw740il and say I have never heard one good thing about them from anyone (if someone has something good to say about them go ahead and I will no longer make that statement).
