Hey guys, it's wrong to come onto a guys thread and try to bash the items he's trying to sell. I, for one, like the way the rings look. I don't know if I'll get them on my car because I like the other ones better, but I'm gonna consider them. Turst me, there is not ONE thing rice about my car. I don't even have any stickers on my car...now even ones that say "H&R" even though I have H&R products on my car. Some would say that they're "rice," but not me. I like stickers on a car. I just like a car without stickers better.

But at the same time, Unimtaz and a couple of other guys get onto many threads of other guys selling other products and bash THAT product. I guess what comes around goes around.

Wasn't sensitive, just explaining the through process behind producing these - it's surprising how many people really really really really want these.

And as a result, we really really really really want to make them:D:D

We don't bash anyone's product. It's a misconception, plain and simple.

And, frankly, it doesn't appear as if anyone is bashing. Skepticism is good.

we have never gone on threads to bash another product, only to DEFEND our own.

You must be confused in that sense.

Additionally, Beemin is a "customer" of the competition, therefore, his opinion is hardly objective and may be viewed with that in mind, lest you think his opinion was simply a passing glance.

You know Unimtaz, I really love the products that your company sells, your awesome website, and the great service. I appreciate the fact that you would like to educate the community of the differences between the two lights. But I just think that everyone knows that one is of inferior quality and the other costs more. Now, just let everyone make their choices. You've done your part.

However, there is one thing that does need to be explained about why we are tireless and relentless about the "edumacation" of the consumer.

As a consumer personally, and the employees we work with, they are all much happier making buying decisions with more information, with our eyes open.

It's gratuitous and self-serving to continually beat the consumer over the head, but in reality, just because you are an avid reader of the forum, doesn't mean VP of Sales @ XYZ company is. So, in passing glance, he notices that some "headlights" that look like what he's wanted to buy are "cool".

He goes ahead and places his order, only to find out that he should have done the research first. But having no time, he didn't know what he was buying.

That's why we tirelessly educate and educate. We really are out to make only a reasonable profit, so that we can sustain our high level of activity on the forum - which also translates to our high level of service, hiring employees to assist, and the creation of better products.

Are the red DDE's illegal? Also, Ive heard the DDE's create disruption with the led displays on the the dash.. is this true?

Well, not saying it's impossible, but I've yet to hear any disruption in the LED display. So, I really have to say that unless you cut some of the wrong wires, twisted wires to create some cross talk interference, or ....heck I don't even know how you could do that;)

Red - sure it's illegal. It's off-road use only.

BTW - drove up behind a police officer yesterday with my red ones, he smiled and drove the other way:)

Wow, Nicely put Matt. I dont care if you sell all your kits or none at all, i just wanted to get you worked up a bit. As you and JP seem to always do over your products. Thats fine, stand tall, fight for your products to sell, if thats what you need to do. Good luck with the colors, maybe you could make a rainbow colored ring.

With every new generation of DDE's you release, they seem to get brighter and brighter. Pretty soon people will just turn on their DDE's to light the road :D . Wont need headlights :)

The blue ones are extra $20, they are already on the web site:)

As for pics with the headlights on, the low beam on will drown them out, this is naturally part of the way Ellipsoids work (with the exception of the DEPO that we sell).

If you've wanted these, order NOW, we will NOT be producing these again:)
