hey my damn xenon blew and its annoying ,do i have to take it to the dealer fo it to be chnged or can i go to autopart store get the part and change it my self ?

it is ,just wondering if u can change it urself though ,or u strictly have to take it tothe dealer to have it fixed .

I haven't seen any parts stores that sell d2s bulbs. You might be out of luck except to take it to the dealer.

How do you know it's the Xenon and not just the ballast?

Or the fuse?

One of mine went out this past spring. I took it to the dealer since it is a warranty item. I thought it was the bulb, but it wasn't. They actually will test it to see if it is the control unit or igniter. In my case it was the control unit.

I have a bulb or ballast if you want.
