If I had to hazzard a guess on which type of BMW I was going to add to my "Harem" next, it would be a 6.

I was looking at a mediocre 635 when my wife decided we were going with the 740 right next to it. Given that the 740 is what I brought her in to look at I suppose that was the logical choice anyway.

So then I convinced her that I needed the "Ultimate" dream Bimmer and got the 840.

Now it is getting on to the time to get the '95 T-bird out of the driveway and fill the space with something more fun. I do have to admit that the T-bird will get out of its own way but as John Force says in the commercial about how to drag race successfully "Don't Turn!!!"
Here are my Ladies so far.............Now picture a 6 with them!

I have always wanted an e31.

I still keep a copy of Total BMW September 2001.
They did a layout on a Alpina B12 416 bhp Ferrari beater.

But I needed a tow mule for my mobile Dyno and my wife would never ride in a pickup. So I designed a class 5 hitch for an e24.

That is what I need to find up here. A dyno to play on!!

KC to Portland would be a bit far to tow. Got this Subaru tuner moving in up here and they have promised the little BMW shop I deal with some time on their rolling road but it doesn't seem to happen.

Ron - You've posted where you got that Halon Bottle before, but I forgot? Was it an e-bay critter?

Terry, I just bought a M6 to go along with my Z3 and 750IL. I would love to have a 840 but it would be a tough sell to my wife as we now have 4 cars for 2 people.

I'm not sure about my wifes reaction to a fire bottle in the legspace in an 8 though. None listed in my ETK for the 8 either.

I think that the 8 was designed around the 50/50 weight distribution and shoehorning in the seats was an afterthought.
If the passenger space was a bit smaller I would start feeling cramped.

I do believe that a 6 is next!! And not one of the new ones either. I started looking there and missed the 6 entirely!!

Gaughan - What year M6, color? Interior? Mileage? Price? Give us (ok, well me) the fine details.

Did you go to the M registry and register your M6 yet???

ON the E31 - I'd love one of those big V12's W/ the 6 spd tranny... that would be too much fun -

On the E31 a couple of fellows on Roadfly track their 850CSi's. With suspension mods they beatup the M3s and supercharged minis both in the straight and twisty bits.
