I will be landing on Oahu at noon tomorrow:alright I can't wait to hit the beach (got to stop at L&L first though)!! I'm so pumped to be coming back, it's been a year since I was out there last...too long ago.

I was doing OK with being away from Hawaii for so long, until a few weeks ago my wife's old halau was out here for a competition and they all came over to our house for dinner (65 people). Talk about making you miss the Aloha spirit. It's so non-existent out here that when you do get some, it makes you long for more. I am soooo ready to come back to the islands.

Kewalo Basin.

It's parked in the parking lot neighboring Ala Moana Beach Park, very close to Ala Moana Blvd. You can't miss it.

I would try the Mix Plate if you're not a picky eater (like me).

My regular is a hamburger/meatloaf mix, all rice with curry gravy on the rice.

Sidenote: I hate you guys for talking about good food that I haven't had in a while. ;)

Man that food sounds nasty. I usually don't eat very much nowdays so that would probably last me for 3 meals. I do like meatloaf, however.

Gottah have the mahi mahi with roast pork, extra salad, gravy all over. Their mac salad is the best!
