I will pay someone $50 to do a coolant flush on my car. you have to come to my North Jersey house with jacks too:)

I dont want to do it myself cus I dont have jacks and never done it before, so ill probly fuck up!

That sounds kinda cheap. If you came to NY i would do it,but dam it;s mad cold right now.

Do it youself, spend the $50 on a cheap jack and stands. Flushing coolant is easy, catching it before it gets all over the place is the hard part.

ALWAYS WORK ON A COOL ENGINE!!!!!

Here is the easy way, open the overflow tank, put a large catch basin under the lower radiator hose, remove the lower hose from the rad by loosening the clamp all the way.

Retighten the hose, Refill the rad with water, and run the car till the needle hits normal. Let it cool and drain again.

Fill with 50/50 water/BMW coolant. and check for leaks.


Pretty easy. If you are still hesitant take it to a shop or your local chapter's next tech session.

i can do it next weekend for 50 bucks
