There's going to be a cruise on the 12th of December. My friend is organizing it, but he hasn't set up all the details yet. There will be a news team there covering the event, so he's expecting it to be a good, positive day. He's getting a list of children with things that they want, clothes, toys, etc. What he's asking is that people look on the list, choose a child, and get what they want. This makes the donations more personal. I'm going to be posting the list on the forums when he gets it, probably the end of the week. I'm posting now though to see if any of y'all are interested and would want to attend. It's not a night cruise, probably sometime in the day or afternoon. The route hasn't yet been confirmed either. This is just to guage interested...any Hawaii people down for this?

This is a very good thing to do for our community. Here's a bit of advice, if people choose something from your list, have them e-mail the person responsible to then remove that item from the list. That way Johnny won't get 5 Nemo DVDs, and Jill won't be left empty handed.

haha yah i know...if you guys are interested, and tell me which child you want to buy for, then I'm going to check with my friend to make sure nobody else is buying for him as well...

oh and i forgot to mention...if all goes as planned, there will be free food, drink, and entertainment at the end of the cruise :)
