How would I connect one to a 1995 stock headunit? Are we talking straight up cassette with wires, like a portable cd player?
Anyone?

M3flyer 11-18-2003, 11:08 AM I want to install an I-pod in my 02' M3. As I understand, BMW can get you an AUX input if your car is 03 and up. One way to get an AUX input from older cars is to cut into the CD changer input. Someone on another forum pointed out the ICE-link site. They make a setup for I-pod that connects to the head unit. You can supposedly run the I-pod from the steering wheel buttons. There are many different car configurations. It's worth a look. Hope this helps http://icelink.densionusa.com/ Don JSN 11-19-2003, 08:01 PM I looked into it, the aux out offered for e36 M3's is 96 and up, we're screwed |
