Is the John Cooper Works Package legal in G Stock for the Mini Cooper S?

No, it was ruled not legal for Stock or Street Touring

Due to it not being a factory installed package it was classed in A Street Prepared. I believe it would then fall into Street Modified.

As with most non-factory installed kits it will always be a red haired stepchild for autox classing.
