I live in California and I ordered the velocity splitters from them. They seem to have a pretty good reputation here on Bimmerforums for good priced products, customer support, and timely delivery. Well I live about 3 hours south from these guys and I still havent gotten my stuff yet. I tried PM Umnitza a couple times no reply and I also tried their "Contact Us" and still no reply. I mean I could drive there and get them but its too much out of the way and plus I payed for shipping. Did they drop off the face of the planet? I havent seen them on the boards or anything. Anyone that can help me out please let me know. Thanks!

I'm sure they're just very busy right now and will get back to you as soon as possible. I've never heard of any serious customer service problems with Umnitza. I'd try and give them a call if you can get their number.

That's funny... he replied to a smartass comment I made on one of his threads in all of 20 seconds a while back... I imagine hes just probably busy.
Matt, out of curriosity, do you have moderator powers still?

I aint complaining or anything. I know they have a great rep here at Bimmerforums. I just want to know what the status of the order is thats all. It kinda sucks being in the dark.

He answered back to my PM.. they havent been shipped out yet. Hopefully I'll get them soon. At least I know whats happening :)

We wanted to apologize for the delayed responses.
We really don't check PMs that often, it's not our best line of communication.
We had a skeleton crew of a couple of guys check emails and they are still learning the ropes and just didn't follow through. Sorry about that. In the future, we'll see if we can figure out a better way for the PM function - maybe even work with the management of this board to offer a special - "PM are turned off, please email...." option.
