I was quoted 5 hrs of labor from Motorsport Techniques in Hayward and Rennwerks in Mountain View for a clutch job, which involves taking off the tranny and obviously putting back on. If you're planning on heavily modding your car in the future, i suggest you go with a ZF tranny rather than the ghetto Getrag and you and I have. It was one of my buddies at the BMW dealership too. He might even do it a little cheaper...I could ask...let me know, its in the north bay, san rafael.(sonnen bmw) pm if you want me to ask.
