He did the top section (straightaway right after the start) absolutely perfectly. Each pass, his rear tire would just barely miss the cone base. And he's done about three / four events! I always set my seat so I'm as high as I can be in the car without my helmet hitting the roof. Makes it easier to feel the corners of the car. I don't know how close I typically am to the cones, but on Saturday the cones that I hit were the ones I wanted to be right on top of (except for one that I plowed right into... stupid.)
