does anyone know a place where they can build custom bumpers and exhaust systems?

I need to see if I can get a custom made E46 M3 bumper to fit perfectly on the E36 M3 body style, and to have twin dual tip exhaust with either 80mm or 83mm tips. if anyone can help me out, it is greatly appreciated I want my future M3 to look nice, and ive been doing some research on the setup, it looks nice
