Okay,
Last wednesday test n tune of the season tomorrow night.
Hoping to take advantage of a little more work, and some cool air to try to drop the ET and inch up the MPH on the twin screw.
Hopefully, my slightly slipping clutch won't get TOO stressed. The lack of traction in the cold air might help my clutch to survive!!
Anyone up?

That's okay, it sucked anyway!!
Was cold, but a breakdown (not me), and pretty decent crowd meant I only got three runs.
1st and third run has major wheelspin on launch, with 2.3-2.4s 60' times, and huge traction problems in 2nd gear as well, so only netted 14.4's at 100-101.
My "good" run, was my second. With a 2.1 60' (still sucks), I ran a 13.865 @ 101.83.
However, that run was FAR from clean. Here is my list of excuses:
;)
1) Launch was decent, but not great. Best so far though.
2) Shift into second, HORRIBLE wheel spin, to the point that I almost completely lifted off the throttle to regain traction.
3) Running up to the 3rd gear shift, I bounced off the rev limiter, as it was dark outside, and I had not turned my lights on, hence could not clearly see tach
4) Running up to 4th gear shift, I reached up with left hand to turn park lights on so I could see tach. While reaching back down to shift, bounced off rev limiter in 3rd...
So, I think there is lots more left. Maybe mid 13's or better, at 102-103. But it was not to be had....
Still better than my previous best though...
