I couldn't wait, so I decided to take a Titanium Silver/Black 04 that I can get my hands on on 10-20.

I know I am going to hate myself for this everytime I happen to see a Sterling Grey(wonder how many there are actually out there in the US :p ), but TiSi is a nice color too.

So there, you can keep the Sterling Grey. :p

Well this is what happened to my order.

I originally called the stealer, and he said that I could order a Sterling Grey that I would be able to receive sometime in late November or early December, but I had to make up my mind real quick.

That day was a Friday, so I called first thing Monday morning.

The stealer was not in the office, so I placed my order through a different stealer and left my CC info to put the deposit in.

The stealer I had placed the order through said he was not familiar with placing special color orders to Germany, and that he was not sure if the order would go through or not.

So I asked this stealer to leave a message to the original stealer to call me back with verification that the order had gone through.

I waited a day or two without a reply, and called myself after failing to hear back from them.

The original stealer I had talked to was there, and he said that he had not received such message, but that my order showed up on the computer screen, but that he wasn't 100% sure if it had gone through.

So I asked him to call back after he found out.

I waited a whole week without a reply, so I called back out of fustration, but the stealer was out for lunch.

I left a message asking him to call me back, but he didn't call back way after lunch time.

Later on, I called the stealership, and the guy says he had just finished talking with BMWNA(this is a whole week since I had asked him to find out), and that the order had not gone through, and that if I still wanted Sterling Grey I would only be able to receive the car in mid January.

As you can expect I was extremely dissappointed and pissed, so I asked if I could get my deposit back.

To my suprise, he says that he didn't even bother to take my deposit!!!

So I left a long email to their dealership, explaining my version of what had happened, and complained about the lack of service I had received from that specific stealer.

I got a reply back of course from a different stealer from their stealership, and he says that he has a TiSi with the same exact options I had asked for coming in on 10-20, and that it was mine for keeping if I so requested.

I said I would need a day to think about it.

After thinking it over, I called back and said I would take the car.

And of course, the stealer says he already sold it.

Even though buying from them would be less hassle for me, I decided to order from BMW San Antonio, which is about 100 miles further away from me.

So I have now a Sterling Grey/Black M3 coupe in order with HK sound, SMG, and bi-Xenons, which I am expecting to receive sometime in January.

WIsh me luck.

So... it seems Sterling Grey IS my color.:dunno :redspot
