I need your imput. I plan on installing a Coil Over system on my E46 M3 and would like to know which of the two above mentioned setups would work best for my application? I'm running 19's with 245/35's in the front & 275/30's in the rear. Also, are there other Coil Over manufactures I should be considering?

The other question I have is, how difficult are they to install?

Thanks

This should answer most of your questions.

Pay close attention to what Medina has to say, hes got a tremendous amount of experience and knowledge with E46 M3 suspensions.

This is an easy choice. I've driven M3's with both and the Bilsteins are much better because of the adjustability.
Personally, I'd get Ground Control but the Bilsteins are easier to adjust.
