 I was wondering if anybody knows a cheap brake upgrade for the front brakes on 75 2002? Will rotors from a 318 fit? What all would I need to get and how hard would the install be for any of the ideas you guys have? I also have another question. My 02 just got running. It's carbed. The car runs fine for a little while, but then after it idles for about 10-15 minutes, it starts fouling the plugs. They get so caked up with carbon that they don't want to work. The car sat for four years. We never drained the tank. The carb looked pretty clean. I replaced the ignition coil. Is there anything else I can check for a quick and easy repair? Or does anybody have any ideas?:95

if the car sat for that long and you never drained the tank, i would drain the tank. i bet thats probably whats fouling up your plugs and keeping the car from running. or at least drain most of it and put some good gas in it. i think there might even be some of those old gas cleaners out ther but i'm not sure.

Gas will turn to varnish in a very short period of time. So dump it and clean the tank with new gas. Check the bottom of the tank for a drain plug. if you don't have one, you will need to pull the tank out. It's not too complicated. It's only hald in by 6 or 8 bolts.
