Well, because the struts didn't come until Saturday afternoon (when I had some lift time scheduled) I didn't get the install done this weekend. Blast!

I would really like to get these puppies on here this week, but I need a place to work on the car. Community managers will officially kill me if I do any major work in the parking lot.

Anyone got a driveway / garage I could borrow for a couple hours to do a cut 'n gut? A copious amount of beer will be your reward (homebrew or 2 6's of your choice?)

I need to install my KYB AGX shocks...hopefully by THIS WEEKEND!!!

We can use my bro's garage!! But I am not sure if I have the proper tools. I have a set...but it isn't the greatest. :(

I only have about $3k in tools. Everything you'd need. If you need to borrow anything let me know.

I'm probably going to do it on Wednesday... Ken has volunteered his garage :D

Let me know if you can. I have never changed them. I heard that they aren't difficult. How hard can it be...it's a Honda for Christ's sake. :D

You know you are all welcome in my garage, and I've done many sets of Konis. It's just a matter of finding time. It will take one night for John's car, and half a night for Andy's. And some work needs to be done to Glenn's car soon too. I have tons of work to do to mine this week too.

BTW I have a garage too, but horrible tools and a keen sense of how to ruin an install. If someone needs a garage mine is open but you have to help me do my spring swap when my race's come in:)

Well, I just saw that the adjustment knob on one of my shocks got damaged during shipment!!! Not sure if it can be fixed or if I will need to order a new one:buttrock

Andy: Wasn't trying to diss you - I just got busy yesterday and didn't have time to respond. Not sure if there is room at Ken's... send him a PM and ask him what he thinks. I was going to stop by there last night and check it out, but never found the time. I would be OK helping you install shocks, but I think we're doing it tomorrow night and it'll probably take all night just do do mine!

Last time I did a Koni install it took about four hours :az: .

4 hours? How much beer did you drink?

haha... I was underage at the time - so NONE! :)

This was on my RX-7, so we had to do four cut and guts instead of two like on the bimmer. And the factory strut housings had a BUNCH of welds to file down on the inside.

I'm guessing the M3 will take about half the time.

What's up John? Well, I have decided to keep my car as it is right now. I was thinking about installing my header but I didn't want to break my O2 sensor.

I wish I had more time...but oh well.
