Wes - I am giving you yet another chance to talk to me and send me the money before I go public on all the boards and make my life's purpose making others aware of the shady practices of your company!!!

You have until Fri. night to contact me on my cell (which you should have and if you don't you can get it off of your assoc. cell phone)

I don't want to take this public and get the authorities involved but you ignoring me is getting a little old:mad:

I will be PMing, emailing to you directly, leaving you a message on your cell and your company line (if you can call another cell phone a company line) and sending emails to your company emails. I don't want to be accused of not trying to reach you.

thanks for your support nathan.

here is what happend: somehow my partner wes worked out a deal to buy headers from brad as a personal deal, on the side, for his personal car. brad somehow shipped them before he recieved payment. i'm sure wes intended to send the money and somehow he overshot his car budget before paying brad. he tried to sell a few personal things to get the money to pay brad but it didnt work out in the timeframe that he expected and brad has brought us all into this situation.

i would like to say, as an owner of the company brad mentioned that this transaction has/had nothing to do with our company and cannot be associated with us. that deal was a private deal with wes and therefore does not reflect on the ethics or practices of a company that i am a part of as well. what has happened here is wes has bitten off more than he can chew while buying parts for his PERSONAL car so i have worked out a deal with wes, i will be sending a check to brad tomorrow, and this issue will be resolved.

i do not appreciate the slander and it will be noted.

and for the record, this thread was presented to me after i made an arrangement to fix this problem and was no influence in the priority or expediency in which this issue was handled by me.

also i ask that this thread be removed by a moderator or at least relocated as it has nothing to do with a vendor.

thanks

max

Well no, because he said the "founder of _____" which Wes clearly is. He never said that the company itself defrauded him. As for him mentioning "the shady pratices of his business," an owner/part owner is a representitive and ambassador of that company and any deals done with them directly reflects on the company itself, even if the transaction was 100% personal.

As well this section of the forum is not just dedicated to vendor or dealer comments, but also to personal business experiences with individuals. So this thread is properly located and an important issue to people who may do business with Wess in the future!

and meaning no disrespect, if Wes really is streached that thin for money I would be searching for a new business partner. If he can't manage and blance his personal life then how can he be trusted with a business and your money?

Max - First let me say thanks for resolving the issue. I know that you personally aren't apart of the deal but trying to get in touch with Wes was impossible. IMO he had no intention of paying me. I have been waiting for OVER 2 months for payment. I will not get into how the deal happened or why I sent the headers before receiving payment. I spoke with Wes for a long time on the phone and he sounded like a stand up guy so I felt comfortable with the deal that we had struck. All Wes had to do was TALK to me. I am a VERY reasonable person and would have been happy to work something out. I can only take so much before I act. 2 months of minimal contact (nothing in the last month +) is where my patience ends.:(

With regard to the slander, I don't think that I said anything wrong. Maybe having a father who is an attorney and working as a legal assistant for 3+ years led me to walk a fine line with what I said but to my knowledge it was Wes's car which was used to promote the company in racing type events with the work that was done on it. That along with the fact that Wes is a founder more than justifies what I said.

and for the record, this thread was presented to me after i made an arrangement to fix this problem and was no influence in the priority or expediency in which this issue was handled by me.

All I have to say to this is that I posted this at 02:43 PM and then received a call from you at 5:15 PM less than 2 hours later. Right after I posted this I send emails to your sales dept., Wes, and left Wes a phone message. Per our phone conversation the other day I had no reason to think that you were going to work a deal with Wes and pay me. All you said was that you don't normally see him but you will make sure that he gave me a call back with he never did so these are the actions that I took to try to resolve the issue. I am sorry if my timing was bad posting this but I had no choice in my eyes.

I don't want this to turn into a flaming war so I would like to end it here. If you want to reach me you know my cell phone number or you can reach me via PM on the site. Thanks again Max for resolving the issue. I am sorry that it has had to come to this.
