Pelican sent me the wrong rotors. Sent them 2 emails several weeks ago. How long does it usualy take them to respond?
Or is pelican ignoring me. Because I don't live in the states, and they don't feel like paying for the shipping cost's as a result of their mistake?

email is not a replacement for the telephone! Pick it up and call them.

They should not post a email address if they don't plan on responding.

All of the waiting and wondering you've been doing for the past several weeks could have been eliminated if you'd just called them. E-mail may be cheap and convenient, but the telephone is the most direct way to solve a problem with any vendor.

I only e-mail vendors with technical questions or product inquiries that aren't time-sensitive.

Hey guys, if he wants to use email, then that is his perogative.

An added benefit of email is that there is an accuarate log of communication. Another additional benefit: people usually take a minute or two longer to construct an email, so there are less chances of miscommunication.

Like he said, if Pelican doesn't prefer to use email, then they shouldn't offer it as a communication choice.

Oh, and if youhave an office job, where you can't jabber about your BMW and all its upgrades from your desk, for email again. ;)

Sorry, but an email is no replacement for a telephone call.

Has anyone has implied such a statement?
