RE: Strange noises from my 1998 528i sport
Just lately, my 528 has started making some bad noises whenever I start it up "cold" (hasn't run for 8-10 hours; outside temperature doesn't matter). Loud clunking, grinding, groaning noises, especially when I use the brakes or turn the wheel.
After the car is warm (15-20 minutes), no noise; no problem. Should I be concerned? Any idea what this might be?
