Why is it that my whole garage smells like gas a day after I refuel my m3??

Do you smell fuel inside your vehicle as well?

you may want to inspect if there is fuel leaking around the fuel pump/sending units underneath the rear seat.

other leaks can form inside the engine bay around the charcoal canister.
