thnx all i was kind of suprised too, but i was the lower end model. Suprisingly when i went and floored it myself today it didnt seem like the 9.3 second 0-60 that others said, i would think it high 7;s maybe 8's but i ttok alot of stuff of my car except myself so im feelin pretty good bout it.

well the website i checked for my car doesnt have it for urs, i would suspect like somewhere form 6.6 to low7.2 depending on setup to stock, and if it is auto or manual, which is not bad at all but of course its just an educated guess, i would like to get thank kind of performance.

I can beat a 318ti auto and a celica.. those celica's look cool but theyre slow... no pickup at all

stock manual 94 325is is 7.8 / and it is 8.2 with the automatic transmission. with just exhaust you wouldn't be able to do a faster than 9 second 0-60 in your 318ti. nice kill though, nothing satisfies me more than to hear of a toyota/honda/mitsubishi kill

i have a manual and it's not really that bad. i raced a ford probe gt once and he barely beat me. i beat some civics and older altimas. how much would a fogged airbox help the acceleration?

The fogged airbox mod just helps free up a bit of high end power, which is helpful for us cuz we are pretty light at the start.

Nice kill! Way to represent the hatchback.
Those Celica GT's have like 130hp, so an auto one would be dog slow...apparently slower than an auto ti, even. ;)

BTW, the fogged airbox is a better "noisemaker" mod than anything. I honestly couldn't tell a difference.

lol 318s represent.

i lined up against an 03 civic si (not the si-r hatch); im a manual 318is.

we went from a stoplight; and he spun his tires; i cant even if i try, so i rolled off the clutch at about 3,000; got a decent start.

through first gear i was a car length up, then i shifted to second while he was still in first, so we fell back to about even, then through second i pulled ahead, and by the time the 2-3 shift came about, i was about 2 car lengths ahead; and i was doing about 90km/h... time to shut down, since it IS on a 50km/h city road with MANY police lol.

edit- ive weighed down my car a bit; 17s and subs... im still impresed i kept up :D
