Test the map. Also make content suggestions. I'd love it if we'd stalk donut shops and take pics of the actual cars used. I could incorporate those pics as well. :D

I only put 3 locations on there for now. I might change some things based on this thread, then I'll root through the other thread and incorporate that data.

I don't use a radar detector, so I don't know anything about XA/KA laser/radar whatever, I'm gonna need that info from ya'll.

Thats pretty sweet Danny. Though you may want to zoom the map out a little to cover Alpharetta, 75/575 interchange, 316 etc. Just a thought.

maybe you could have it in sections that could zoom in and then it would show the speedtrap locations at a closer zoom.

I hope that made sense... it's hard to explain what I'm thinking about...

Ok, try version 2...

After I get the programming sorted out on this one, I may try to make a more detailed one, like you click on a region and zoom-in to a detailed map and all that. I would just have to spend a lot of time tracing maps...

This version is pretty easy to mess with. It's just a big array and the dots call up data from the array.

Thats sweet.

I don't think you need to get too crazy. Speed traps on surface streets are too random.

Yeah, and for Duluth, the whole damn city limits are out of control, so I just indicated as such...

Mostly I think noting some of the super hot spots and reading about their tactics (on bridges behind the overhead signs) should suffice...

Like, basically, NEVER speed I-85 south around Shallowford. Just don't do it.

This is great. Can't wait to see it when the all the info from the Traffic Enforcement thread gets transferred in.

Good times. Yeah. Good times.

Man, what a good idea. I kept zooming in on a trap on 316, and the dot just kept getting bigger, It would've been cool if it showed the trap in real time. :)

Yes, if we could somehow put a tranceiver on the cop car in question, we could track its location and have it sent dynamically to Danny's server....

This is getting WAY out of hand :biglaughb

Quick correction:
On 400 the 2nd dot says exit 16. That would be Bald ridge rd - 3 exits north of 141.

Tranceivers....thats funny.

*correction noted*

Correction... i before e, except after c... :biglaughb

thanks, I'll move the "dot" north...

yeah, I'm gonna have to get my map out for the rest of the ones in the thread, I don't seem to know where anything is in Cobb County, which I think is a good thing... :D

If you posted in the Traffic Enforcement thread, maybe pop back in there and see if you can add any clarity to the locations given in your posts... it will help me drop the dots for the remaining locations...

glad ya'll like it...

I saved it in version 7 out of Flash MX Professional 2004. Do you have a very old Flash player?
