My vote is Dekalb.

Cobb and Gwinnett attract rice from everywhere around Atlanta. Most of them do not actually live there, but just visit.

However, there are large sections of Dekalb (read: Buford Highway, Peachtree Industrial, Shallowford Rd, Chamblee-Tucker and surrounding areas) where rice is simply overwhelming.

And the WORST rice you can imagine. Makes some of those... *shudder*... Barrett Pkwy cars look like a brand new Mercedes AMG rolling off the production line.

It was July 26, I believe. I had just seen a black M3 earlier, so I was wondering if that's maybe who the cop saw, and mistook for me (my car looks black at night).

I did not see an M3 before I got pulled over, though. I was just contemplating if that's what happened. At any rate, even if it was you, I don't care. I think that shit is funny (squealing tires and accelerating hard). I'm pissed at the Cobb cops for targetting me when I was completely innocent.

I know what you mean the cops on Barrett really are d$ckheads sometimes, though they do have alot of jackasses to put up with. I was going to Barnes & Nobles the other day and a Cobb Co po-po whipped right out in front of me and almost caused an accident with me luckily i was in my girlfriends car I mouthed something off and this like 21 year old looking cop whipps around pulls in behind me and is like you have a problem and oh did i I have a few friends that are police officers and oh did i get his ass torn a new one
