Hi, I'm a newbie to Bimmerforums. I'm helping to put together a meet on Saturday, September 20th. This is a cross-club meet with several other sites. Our group is meeting at the West Hill Pavilion of Sugarhouse Park (1300 E. 2100 S). We'll get it started at 3 pm, and we'll be having a BBQ (BYOM) and Show 'n Shine competition. The meet is sponsored by Autopia.org, which will be providing awards for the Show 'N Shine. All makes and models are welcome to attend, but I'm posting here because I'd like to see a nice showing of BMWs and German makes. I've invited the Wasatch Chapter of BMWCCA to attend, but I haven't heard anything back from them yet. Myself and the other organizers of this are trying to get a large group together for the meet because we want to make this an annual event.
Let me know if you have any questions. I hope to see you guys there!

Welcome to Bimmerforums!

We will all try and make it out for the meet. I'll talk with everyone else.

Sounds like fun. There usually isn't much going on in UT.

Nice pics. What camera/lens are you using?

Thanks!

The camera's a Fuji S2 Pro... I only used a 15-30mm lens that day. I was too lazy to fumble around with any other lenses.

The pics have been tweaked obviously... the lens is shaped a little off so I couldn't really put a polarizer on it. So you can tell from the pics that I tweaked with the sky's in each image to see if I could get a good shade of blue from any of the pics. Most were overkilled though :laugh ... I should know better than to try and work on pictures when it's 3 in the morn.

Newayz, the actual pix are hella sharper than what you're seeing, this 78K upload really drops the image quality

Congrats on the win Thad!
