Can't get any paint from the dealer. Wondering if anyone has used the Autovisual touch up pen (banner advertiser). Comments would be appreciated.

its not bad. but its not the best design.

Just got one yesterday for my Cosmo. Paint color was a good match. Easier to use than touchup paint with a brush. I got good results using it. Be sure to read the directions. If you've ever used a paint pen this is the same thing.

The color match is good, but if you are really anal about the quality of the touch up I can better results with the old dealer paint stick or toothpick method. I think the pen is good as a coverup or scuffs, but it doesn't go very smoothly and the pen nib doesn't flow very well after a few uses. (seems like all paint pens are like this)

Still its useful and worth $15 but I still buy the touch up paint from the dealer.

I've had success using them on previous vehicles, and now have one for my MC, although, I haven't needed it yet. I feel they are great for filling in chips and minor nicks and scuffs.
