Waayyy out of my realm here. Washed then polished with 3M swirl remover. Next looking to do some touch up with the Auto Sharp pen (yay or nay on this product?), then wax with something durable, maybe a product that helps hide scratches by filling them? :dunno

definite thumbs up on the auto sharp pen. I use it, they're great! First off, 3M SMR has oils and fillers....so you've definitely filled in some scratches and swirls with that. If you want to take it a step further, you can go with a glaze which has fillers... I like to use meg's #7 show car glaze... After that follow up with a good carnauba wax like P21S or S100, or meg's #26 yellow wax.

As far as polymer waxes, i cant help you there, i'm not familiar with them.

I just used s100 this weekend. Good product, doesnt leave any chalk or powder residue. Available at your local Harley Shop :)

Autosharp pen works pretty well.

Minor prep involved, just clean the chip with 3m General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner or similar and apply very thin coats. might want to pick up Langka (touch up paint leveling solvent) and a clearcoat pen as well.

It works fine on my jet black paint, but I've heard that the match is not as good with metallic paints.

As far as what wax to use, that is a very subjective question. Many people like the P21s GEPC + wax system, and although it looks great (especially on black), there are more durable products available.

From the sound of it, you want something to hide swirls that is durable. I do a few steps (PC with polishes, add P21s Gloss Enhancing paint cleanser, and then zaino). If you don't want to go through all that, I think klasse all in one + klasse SG might be to your liking. The aio has cleaners and fillers to clean the paint and hide swirls, and the sg is a protectant. Should be good for about 3-4 months.
