To participate in the Clean Car Contest, you must have participated in the run. :evil2 No trailer queens allowed!:alright

No extra points for your car being clean at the beginning of the drive. We drive, then we have the contest at the end. Maybe we'll give participants 30 minutes to clean their car. Cleanliness will be judged on interior, exterior and engine compartment. Even wheelwells will be checked!

trying to get my Uncle there too, he just got a Cosmos E36 M3.

Does the CCA at large know about this event? I don't think anything has come in the mail... It would be nice to see a few more than the usual suspects.

As for the info, it is supposed to be on the hotline and the newsletter, which should be out this week. It is also posted on the MINI Cooper board as we have quite a few members there.

Going back to the newsletter, either you or thrlls will have to get on our newletter editor's butt next year to produce!

Nothing serious, sort of like a trip to the dermatologist. There were a few too many "blemishes" on the hood for my taste.

Also I have a Conforti intake on the way, so a nice drive is called for to "test" it out and let the DME adjust too :)

If you're referring to the stock M3 exhaust, it should.

It seems that all manufacturer's list only one part number for all 6 cylinder 92-99 E36 3 series.

I have everything from the headers to the exhaust tip if you need it. ;)

Thanks again for the great event! I am soooo tired, I couldn't even bother to make myself dinner.

It was fun going for a "run" with you guys in Maunawili, Norfolk and around Laie...hopefully someday I will drive like Dale and Andy ;) I have, what? 80 horses on you guys and I was pushng pretty hard to keep up .. :D I am actually glad Anna was in the car. That kept me from exploring any "limits".

I can't even ever imagine how I would feel if something even 1/2 this bad happened on our drive. OMG.

Actually, you got an extra 5 points that I didn't add in. You won by 16 points instead of 11 points. 2nd place also wanted to know what his deficient areas were. He also didn't like that the majority voted to judge without cleaning.
