Im planning a camping trip with some buddies. Can somebody recommend me places within 3hrs of the bay area? preferably near areas we can do stuff like fishing, rafting and etc. thanks

I've been to sites at Lake Hogan and Lake Camanche. Not sure about fishing because we normally take jet skis.

As for rafting, I've done one of those guided ones up by Sac and thought it was well worth the money.

big sur is a nice place. I been there before, but all campsites are filled for june and july :(
