Based on some research and the advice of the good folks on this forum, I chose to purchase the Klasse AIO and Detailer's Pride paint sealant from autogeek for the first wax on the new family member, the 530i in black sapphire.

The good news is I received the order in just a few days. The bad news is I received the 10 oz. AIO when I ordered the 16.9 oz. size. I call up autogeek and they say they'll send me the right size and to ship the 10 oz. back.

I guess they're "making things right" but I had planned to do the polish and wax this weekend. In fact, I had set the time aside and put off some plans to do just that. Oh well.

These days my time seems more valuable than anything else. Guess I'll change things around for next weekend.

Thanks for letting me vent. I'm sure autogeek is a great sponsor and I hope this is not indicative of their normal service. I'm sure their products are top notch and I'll post the results once the work gets done.

They're covering the additional shipping costs right?

Yeah, they said something about sending a UPS shipping label, so I assume that means that the shipping is covered. I guess I'll have to check out where I can drop off the package to be shipped back to them...

GREAT NEWS! Autogeek came through for me. I reported the problem on last Friday evening and they sent out the replacement on Monday morning. And instead of receiving the 16.9 oz. and having to return the 10 oz. they sent, they just sent me another 10 oz. bottle and saved me the hassle of having to repack/reship the original 10oz. Got the replacement last night.

Thanks Jason. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how you handle them that puts you head and shoulders above the rest. You have made a fan and a loyal customer! I would highly recommend your organization as an excellent source of car care products.

In fact, if your motorcycle products website is looking to advertise, I may have a lead for you to a motorcycle forum. Email me direct if you're interested.

Thanks again, Autogeek!
