Hey all. My rotors are all worn and the car suffers from vibration when pressure is applied to the brakes. So I'm looking on eBay to see which rotor/pad combination to install. I don't want to go cheap, but neither do I want to spend a ton of money. So far the most expensive option I've come up with was Brembo drilled front and rear for about $400 delivered, plus Akebono Ceramics for about $175. I also saw rear TRW rotors and pads for like $89 or something... Wonder if there are any other (better?) alternatives. Thanks.

Normal looking rotors, go for the Centric Rotors, hands down. Why? Center Hub is painted, so it wont rust and look amateur. Only other rotors I know that are painted is dealer supplied, so its nice to save some $$ while keeping the rotor looking good.

You can purchase the centric rotors here :

or
tirerack.com

Tirerack also carries the Akebono Euro Ceramics if you just want to get all the parts from one supplier.

blueskye said it best, I would highly recommend Centric E-Coated rotors. For Pads I would stick with AXXIS Ultimates or Deluxe.
