Need a new roommate asap !!!

Im looking for a new roommate(or 2) because the current one is moving to a new area for a job . I will be posting pics of the available rooms when I have them ready . I only want one payment per month (rent) . All wireless internet, phone ,tv (every channel there is) and utilities will be included at no charge , that includeds heat !!! Its a great deal for those looking to live in a nice house in a good quiet area , but near waterbury and torrington.

Thankyou , its 500$ for the smaller room and 700$ for the bigger one per month , no security deposit needed .

I have someone coming over tomorrow to see the larger room . The other bedroom is still up for rent . Im asking for 500$ per month on that one

Still need a roommate . One ended up not needing a place and another had no $$$ . I need to at least rent one room asap . The better of the 2 rooms is huge and has its own bathroom with all utilities included for 700$ a month .
