Hey. Just did my power steering hoses (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1233874). If you are unfamiliar, refer here:

Somebody please at least try to bargain or something... entertain the thread once a month, jeez.

$15 - I have all the supplies you need to do the job, except the clamps.
$10 Vernet stock M50TUB25\ M50B25 (I think 88C) Thermostat. Includes onerubber seal for it. I'll throw in another one. Also has some paper thing. Did the fan mod, don't need this. From Pelican Parts.
$25 Brand new fan (no clutch).
$20 great capacitor. Same guys who do Monster Cable I think. 1 Farad I believe.
$50 Aftermarket metal impeller water pump. Took mine out, turns out I have the metal one, oh well. Take this one. Comes with one circular rubber seal.
$300 Stock 1993 Sedan rim set with brand new (5k miles) GT Altimax tires. One tire is plugged, holds pressure perfectly. I bought myself AT Italia Kontour reps. Very quiet set.
$120 Full working set of NGK plugs as well as 6 working coilpacks.
$60 Two perfectly healthy Monroe Sensatrac front McPherson struts. Stock springs with them. I moved onto Billies.

i actually am interested in this ps hose deal .. is it a replacement for the leaky soft lines which attach to the hard lines? or a fix for the entire hose setup?

This is what everybody else seems to be doing. The BMW part is the rubber hoses with metal ends clamped onto the rubber. What I'm selling is proper lengths, proper pressure rated rubber parts. The procedure is dead simple. One part that isn't 100% obvious is dremmeling through the clamp a little bit to be able to pry it off. Put these hoses onto the metal end part, tighten well with a screw type clamp and you're golden. I don't have any good clamps left, but I will give you good Valvoline ATF as well as the hoses to do it.

If you pick a sunny Saturday, come over in the AM and I'll guide you through it and help you dremel or whatever.
