I'm a new owner of a 04 X5 4.4i
I just replaced the Steering wheel trim yesterday, follow the instructions online, unplugged the negative battery cable and then removed the airbag gently from my steering wheel, changed the trim, than plugged everything back on the way I removed it, and now my Airbag light is on, and it wont turn off even after driving for an hour, I double check the connections on the airbag and both cables look like plugged in correctly behind the airbag. Did a blow a fuse or is there any way to turn this light off...:help
