Gots new batterys,but get this ,i let the car sit over night and in the morning i turn the key and the alarm light wont go off,the window wont go down to open,the alarm goes off and the car wont star,i check both batterys there 12.67v,so i put the charger on let it sit for 20min,and then turn the key at the door alarm light goes off,window still dont go down,the car stars,but windows,sunroof,trunk and interior light dont work,i let the car run for 45min and then its back to normal,runs and works fine,next day same thing.its possesed:devillook

Out of curiosity, did you charge the batteries fully prior to install? How's the alternator?

did you get 2 batteries? are they the same? Did you fully charge them out of the car?
I would have those batteries AND the alternator load tested.

sounds very much like a supply voltage issue. Your batteries might have 12.x V and appear to be good but as Steffen already mentioned, a load test is what gives you the real results and info.
If you can't do that take another battery known to be good (no need to have two) and hook it up to the car. See how it behaves then.
