Many states don't require front plates. All they provide is a convenient laser target/reflector. :D

ive got that kit now... driveways..destroy it..seems to be fairly weak, but does look amazing. and the liscense plate thing, i will post some pictures of what it looks with and without it, i took mine off last year, but bought a europlate so im puttin it back on for this year
