I'm currently looking at this 850i...
The dealer selling it has style 95's from the new 7er on it...
Front: 9Jx19 ET:24
Rear: 10Jx19 ET:24
They look really nice but will these actually work/fit when driving it?

Front offset is wrong with that wheel size, which in the opinion of many-but by no means all-that 19's produce too harsh a ride. Stick with those M-pars you already have Mo, they will look great on that Cosmos black car, and you're gonna have plenty of other things to spend money on after you pull the trigger on it. Call me again at the number Mark850 gave you.

with a 24 offset in the front... what kind of issues will that pose?

Many people have posted that 19"s are too heavy. Some even think so about the 18"s. I suggest that you drive them first and then decide whether to go up or down. ;-) Esp on NY metro roads.

Would not recommend the Belt Parkway. Haven't been on it lately, but the last time I took the old Jeep.
Since the history and maintenance is uncertain, you probably want to check it over, drive it locally and make sure the cooling system is bled properly and the fan clutch and aux fan are up to snuff before you venture places where you might get stuck in traffic. The first thing you want to order and install is a new fan blade unless you have an obviously new one. Ditto tensioners and a few other goodies.
For example, it may not have the new style expansion tank and losing that on the Belt or, say the Verazzano, would suck bigtime.

yeah the dealer said that he would change the cooling system and hoses if it were him... he also says that there may be a bit of an oil burning smell when driving it.
i guess i'll see what he means by that soon enough!

To prevent your car dying in traffic... Check for vacuum leaks with dipstick test and smoke machine (check IM gaskets, all hoses, VCV valve etc). Change the fuel filters or your car will die in traffic! If burning oil check the lower oil pan and check the spark plugs to see if they're oily (replace gaskets as necessary). Clean the 2 DK motors.
Happy motoring!!

I had style 95s for a few months on my E38....RIDICULOUSLY HEAVY wheels.
Just make sure to get slightly longer wheel bolts, as the new E65 wheels need them.
You will need spacers for the front too.
