hey, anyone that lives in California ever been to the Torrence Car Club Meets, on Friday nites ? i am suppose to be heading out there tonite, heard from a friend and a post on another board, that it has pretty nice car clubs commin there.. :) .. so goi to check out tonite, was wondering if anyone else been there and can give me a confirmation that its worth the 40mn DRIVE!! ahah.. thanks

Torrance meets? Where do they take place?

there are no car meets in torrance worth going to.

ya, the torrance meets are DEAD!! :( went the other nite on friday, turned out it was actually pretty good, easily 100 cars or so, car clubs and so on, met up (no races or nohting is ever done at these meets) but then, some ricer thought he was kool, and started doin some burnouts, and the whole sheitz, wich ticked off the cops, and thats when cops started to become bitches and started giving tickets, towing cars, and so on.. I got there around 1030, and everything was startin to break up, last car i seen pulled over was a R34 Skyline, sad to say he got the full under hood inspection and everything, but only got away wit a ticket, as so i heard.. anyhow, cops started giving tickets to all who did have a front liscense plate, placed.. even the parked cars.. ahah.. so i had to leave because i had mine recently taken off :( .. anyhow, the torrance is DEAD, wich realy sux, lots of nice rare and exotic cars used to always meet there... :chix but now all gone and done all because of one stupid mistake.. :emo

But as for any other good meets in SoCal, umm.. City Of Industries, and Ontario (beleive it or not but its still cracking, wit a lot of peple too) and Fullerton (the one i usually go to, not as many people, about 50 or so cars .. but still worth checkin out.. )
