Has anyone bought from him because i bought a csi spoiler from him and he hasnt sent me tracking info yet and no reply from him

Just post a note to Laszlo over at the Roadfly BMW 8 Series board (http://forums.roadfly.com/forums/bmw/bmw-8-series-e31/). He visits the board almost daily and is a frequent poster there. Even though Laszlo is a respected member there, he should really work on his communication with customers. Several other people complained about that too recently, but in the end it all worked out just fine.

Go to the RF site to get a reply from him. His personal email has been down so he may not be getting your email. Coupled that with his recent new born and he may be slow in his reply. Don't worry, he will deliver.

We all have personal lives and sometime what we do for the 8's is just a hobby...I bought stuff from Laszlo, yes it took some time to get in touch and get the item, but you know what... I am OK with it....personal life takes priority and I am all for that...
Just give the guy a break :-) as I would ask for one if I was in business....

Ethan, as a general statement your comments are true, but I don't buy it in this case. Simple communication isn't that hard. Wuffer is a busy guy too with real life goings-on but his responses are timely, and I can expect to receive a product in a normal time frame. True, anyone I've read about has gotten their stuff eventually... this is not an E31-undertaker scenario at all nor meant to imply such. I'm not a person who in most cases needs something right now, but if I've sent money (after maybe a return email to see if an item is even in stock), eventually doesn't work for me. Laszlo, read this and improve your communication.... it can only help your business.

Agree to disagree.... And don't compare Wuffer with Laszlo.... Think about it... them guys don't make a killing in terms of profit, I mean look at the volume they sell...
So regardless of your "customer service" expectations, give them guys a break :-) including Laszlo.... We all in for the love of our 8's and for that we just need to give each others a break... But then again... is a personal choice we make.....
I had my 97 M73 waiting in the body shop for 3 weeks for the CSI filler, but the shop was OK with it and so was I.... Such as life...nothing is perfect... Besides where would you find a CSI filler for such a good price... so sometime is worth the wait? And besides he just got his new born at that time... I mean just that is an awesome time in your life :-)

Don't compare the two as Ethan says.

Wuffer is retired. Laszlo has a family with a newborn and has been hit hard with the recent eco downturn.

It is for some. Laszlo does not get on every day and sometimes only once per week or so. He is well known personally by a number of us and is no Jim Gavrity or Greg Kovacses. His 'business' is a hobby of a sort that he may sometimes wish he did not have to deal with. (Last sentence is my personal comment, not speaking for Laszlo.)

Consider the alternative - no Laszlo and no CSI nose and no other 8er goodies.

i paid him paypal. but its been about 2 weeks but all i want is a tracking confirmation but ill post on rf and hopefully everything works out thanks to all u guys are very helpful

I've sent him email to check on things. Keep in mind that he may answer me in a week.

I just got this by email from Laszlo and he permitted to post it here:

As far as I know every person got what they ordered. I have not received a single email about complains.

I shipped the last item a week ago. Without a name I can not see who is it and who's not received what.

People also never include phone numbers so I can not even call.
If they email me I answer. But thanks for the warning I will try and
register and answer all their emails.

I have a serious issue with my email at the moment again after catching some spyware but not for receiving, I just can not send attachments. Its causing a lot of trouble for my business but I will hopefully be able to restore it soon.


So the OP just got his stuff today.

Just got another email - he is having problems with Bell South. Apparently he is not getting to the SMTP port on the server they designated all the time. He does not understand what that means - so he cannot complain properly.

I will try to help him over the weekend.
