Well, you will be subjected to a health inspection of operations, a background check, formal presentation of business plan including sanitization, storage, and preparation in line with state and federal standards. FDA will conduct regularly intervaled strip searches, on unannounced days of their choosing... etc etc... Honestly, man.... no one here would really know. If you're gonna do it in your town, best go to the source. You're going to have to anyway. Anything else is a waste of time, really. ask your town. we are not your town.
