Quit yo bitchin', half the parts for my car are either NLA, or have to come from Germany.

I order EVERYTHING from Doug@Turner and I pick them up within a few hours. Why don't you just go that route OP?

Pardon me, Mr. iamhydrogen, but your above post is chock full of grammatical errors. Not only were the rules of capitalization summarily flouted, but so were the rules of punctuation. I demand satisfaction.

Is it warm lather? Isn't that going to start rusting your other parts?

my parts are less of a long, drawn out akeing to get to me, and more of a patient yearning. Subtle difference between yearning and akeing.

Yeah, I'm done ordering from BMA as well. They have botched the last two orders in a row from them. I had to send parts back then they credited my account vs I wanted money back on my debit card.

Done. BAV gets it here in one dayand slightly higher but one day for me works. Turner is Mass so the 5% and shipping and higher costs nah.

They have a Group Buy for OEM parts in the GB section of this site. Whenever I need anything I post it there for Doug, he gets back to me almost instantly with a super cheap price (last week $189 for a fuel pump that lists at $324:buttrock) and I go pick it up in Amesbury same day. I haven't found a better way to buy parts yet. :dunno:

Whenever they have the right part , Autoparts Warehouse (http://www.autopartswarehouse.com). Just another of the dozens of online resellers uses WorldPac who have a warehouse in Newton,Ma. I have gotten parts delivered the next day even when I ordered at like 1 am. free shipping over $50 with UPS.. decent prices , decent communication.. people always talk up the few well known bimmer parts places like Arizona ,Pelican etc.. but I tried these guys and was very well pleased..

i just had to go get a new tire today, wasnt bad though, with a military discount it was only like 80 for the tire mounting and balance, so im happy, i was thinking around 150

i got a cheap tire tho its on the winter rims still so what ever

How long does a shipment for Turner usually take? I placed an order on friday.

FredK
03-28-2009, 10:22 AM
Well, if you placed it early enough in the day and it was in stock, it should get to you on Monday, maybe Tuesday.

i got my temp sensor and new shift boot in yesterday,

but i think the guy with my car befor me might have cut the wires for the sensor cause i cant find the thing anywhere so might of been a waist of time and money

but the shift boot on the other hand, deff looks nice and was a easy install, had to take out the old cut up stock boot

still waiting on lights and sway bar tho,
