I run an M-Tech II wheel (non-airbag). Never had any problems with the inspections. Disabled the SRS light in the instrument cluster - no faults.

^^^ Thanks for the response. I would have a problem here is Canada because the car was originally equipped to have an airbag.

Have a spare stock airbag 4 spoke wheel or two here.

I love mine (crappy picture, but nice wheel). It came off fleabay from the fellow in Germany that redoes the leather. Mine has two layers of leather to make it a little thicker. Feels great.

If you want a bus wheel, you can have mine for shipping. It's in great shape (car had 84k), but I cut the air bag connector off to use on my new one.

By the way - car is a '91.

Steffan, the white trim pieces that snap in around the cabin of the car... where did you find those? I've looked and have not been able to find the part number of the "white" trim, only the beige! I was thinking I'd have to dye them. PS, looking good! I need to get a pic of my carbon fiber Euro Sport.

The car came that way from the factory. They are actually a very light gray...

Ah, it is true... one always sees what one wishes to see :(. Any idea if those pieces can be dyed?

Absolutely. Try this: www.leatherique.com (http://www.leatherique.com)

That's the brand I used to redye my complete interior. My front seats where pretty much shot, but after this stuff they looked quite good again. I also redyed all the other leather parts in the car, including the pieces you talked about and the panels in the doors.

No affiliation, yada yada, just trying to help.

Chris

EDIT: My Nardi wheel does not have an airbag either; it's pretty much similar in size to the MTech 2 that Steffen has if it's the small diameter version.
