Yeah, its a nice car, but they've always looked like kit cars to me because of how the front end looks. At that price, I'd rather have a 92 850i, 03 E39 M5, an original M1, and a 66 Mercedes 280sl (w113 with the hardtop, unrestored). Besides, the miles on this one are too low. I take the plesure seeing beautiful collectors cars that are daily driven (or close to it) and unrestored, not the garage queens that are taken out of the garage once a month to be driven around the neighborhood. Just my philosophy on life LOL:lol

if i could afford this car.
i would have the means to buy several car like this one.
meaning even if i would drive one of them every day. the mileage on them would collectively still be very very low

Hey, as long as you drive them during most week days, that's great. I mean, everyone has their own prefrence on what they drive and how they drive them, but why not enjoy it, why not drive it often? After all, your spending over $200,000 for a car, $200,000 that could be spent on a number of things, things that you intend to have mark up the price on an item so you can get your return with more than you put in. However with me, I plan on keeping my 8 for most of my life, so no matter how much money I put into it, I'm still going to drive it year round and collect as many miles as I can because I don't care about the return due to the fact of me not planning to sell it.

you have a very valid point there.
what i am saying is, when you can have that kind of a toy.
you have all the other commodities that go with it alread.
so, the car would be the little cherry to top it all.

Yeah, it is the cherry on the top LOL. Yeah, I guess its the jelousy that sets in when you have people with these amazing cars that you'd love to drive, yet it sits in their garage collecting dust.
