Closes but a slight tilt towards to the back of the car if that makes sense

you mean it closes all the way but is tilted down at the rear?
or do you mean it won't close all the way.
-if the first happened the roof can be adjusted via screws.
but it would be good to know why it is tilted.

-if the second happened then maybe the inner blind came lose and parts are jamming
