Move your car very close to a wall and mark off the center of your lamps horizontal and vertical as best as you can with some masking tape. Then move your car back about 20 feet and direct your headlights in the center of the vertical, and about 4-5" under the horizontal. These numbers vary from each source you look at, so just do it to where you feel is good.
